Returns

We offer a 60 day return window on every order, counted from the day your strap arrives. If you are not happy with it for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

The stays put guarantee

The one thing a knee strap has to do is stay where you put it. If your Care of June Knee Strap slides, rolls, or migrates during your day within the first 60 days, contact us and we will refund every cent.

How to start a return

Email info@careofjune.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items should be returned in reasonable condition, but normal signs of use are fine - we expect you to have actually worn it.

Refunds

Once your return is received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@careofjune.com.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us and we will make it right at no cost to you - no need to send the original back unless we ask.
