Sixty days to decide, and we mean it

What the guarantee covers

Every order comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day the parcel arrives. It covers the honest case: you wore it, it did not do what we said, or it simply is not for you. There is no requirement that the strap is unused. We would rather you actually try it.

How to return

1. Email us. Write to info@careofjune.com with your order number and a line about what did not work. That line helps us improve the strap; it is not a hurdle.
2. We reply with the return address. Usually within one business day.
3. Post it back. Once it is on its way, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process and can take one or two billing cycles to show on a card statement.

Exchanges

The strap is one size, so there is nothing to swap for. If yours arrives damaged or faulty, tell us and we send a replacement straight away, no return needed.

Multi-packs

The guarantee applies to the whole order. If you bought a 2-pack or 3-pack and it is not for you, return the lot for a full refund.
